Safety Shoes Wholesale in Accra: A Buyer Checklist
A clear wholesale brief makes it easier for an Accra PPE shop or distributor to compare safety footwear and receive an accurate quotation.
Build a short list before asking for price
Start with three to six models that match your customers and work environments. Compare low-cut shoes, high-top styles and leather safety boots separately. A short list gives the supplier enough context to recommend a size and colour mix without turning the quotation into a catalogue of unrelated products.
Ask for model-specific information
A product name alone is not a specification. Ask which materials, sole construction, toe protection, sizes and test documents apply to each model. If your customer has a site requirement, include it in the enquiry so the supplier can confirm whether the model is suitable.
Use samples before a first wholesale order
Samples help you check fit, comfort, finishing and the consistency between the physical product and the product photos. Ask for the colours and sizes most important to your customers. Record feedback from several wearers instead of relying on one person.
Prepare the commercial details
A useful enquiry includes quantity by model and colour, size mix, destination in Ghana, packaging needs and target delivery window. You can then compare quotations on more than the unit price. Payment terms, shipping arrangements and replenishment lead time also affect the real cost of a wholesale order.
Turn the first order into repeat business
Track which colours and sizes move through your shop, which customers reorder and which questions appear repeatedly. Use that information to refine the next order. Product photos, a consistent model number and a direct WhatsApp quotation make it easier for your sales team to follow up.
Compare models and discuss your order
Review the available models and share your requested sizes, quantity and destination.
